Diabetes and pre-diabetes have become a national health concern that everyone should be aware of, with an understanding of how hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels) must be regulated in the prevention and management of diabetes.
MGH&FC Certified Diabetes Educator Carmen Eucker, RN, BSN, will discuss the effects, prevention, and treatment of hypoglycemia, explaining it in detail and answering any individual questions or concerns. The meeting is open to anyone affected by diabetes or pre-diabetes, friends and family members of those managing the condition, and anyone with an interest in learning more about diabetes and its prevention.
