Business Revitalizer Program

Enterprise for Equity is proud to present The Business ReVITALizer Program, a free five-week program designed for business owners with at least three years of experience, an established customer base, and a record of sales who are looking to explore new markets, services, or growth opportunities. 

Conducted over Zoom, the program covers key topics such as shifting mindsets to work “on” rather than “in” the business, marketing strategies to target ideal customers, optimizing operations with legal, bookkeeping, and tax guidance, and revisiting product offerings and pricing for profitability using the “Profit First” methodology. 

Participants also learn strategic planning techniques to set benchmarks, manage cash flow, and implement growth systematically. Additional support includes two hours of individual coaching and weekly drop-in sessions.
