Once again, the Chamber is partnering with Shelton Downtown Merchants to bring you a wickedly fun evening of trick-or-treating with our local businesses and organizations!
Don't forget to check out the photo booth at Cooper Studios and the Costume Contest hosted by John L Scott.
The event hours are 4:00-6:00p on Friday, October 31. Railroad Ave will be closed from 1st to 5th streets.
