Description
Shake off the winter blues with the return of the 11th annual Midwinter Bluegrass Celebration, proudly hosted by Kristmas Town Kiwanis. The event will feature music by Westbound Sky (formerly Bluegrass Regulators), Union City Council Band, and Runaway Train (host band).
