About Us

Daniel focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, land use, environmental, construction, and business law.

He has extensive litigation experience representing developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and community associations, as well as individuals and entities in a variety of litigation and transactional matters. Honored in 2020 as one of the South Sound Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, Daniel has achieved successful results for clients in jury and bench trials, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, and negotiations.

Daniel grew up in Mason County and lives in the Steamboat Island neighborhood of Thurston County with his wife, and two young children.
