Unique massages and bodywork in a professional,comfortable, welcoming setting. Also specializing in Complete Decongestive Therapy for Lymphedema. Sessions begin with a health interview and end with teaching self-care skills for maximum benefit between sessions. Full 60-minute hour as opposed to some who give a 40 minute treatment each hour. Supporting whole-person wellness: helping you on your healing journey through the art of bodywork and massage.Established in 2009.

Starting over at age 48, Brenda did a lot of introspection and research before choosing Massage Therapy as her new career. Since graduating in 2009 she has added several modalities and has lots of different tools in her toolbox to customize each massage experience based on client need. She became a nationally certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2015(see website for details). She thinks of her work as a calling.
Owned and operated by Brenda W., who loves her second career. Brenda was a small business owner and office manager before taking massage training in 2009. She took further training in 2015 and is now nationally certified to treat Lymphedema. Every body is different, every person is special, and every client gets treated as if they were the ONLY client.
