About Us
Island Enterprises Incorporated (IEI) is dedicated to the development, acquisition, and/or attraction of economic ventures that will enable the Squaxin Island Tribe to realize its dream of self-sufficiency and self-governance.
IEI currently operates Kamilche Trading Post, Steamboat Trading Post, KTP Express, Salish Seafoods, Skookum Creek Tobacco, SI Distribution, Squaxin Island Child Development Center, Squaxin Island Community Kitchen, Island Search & Consulting, Squaxin Island Tourism, Ta-Qwo-Ma Business Center and Franks Landing Store. IEI also supports tribal member-owned businesses such as Kamilche Adventures, Four Seasons Painting Company, Dee's Tea Co., Kamilche Cafe & Espresso.
The Trading Post Stores operate locations in Mason and Thurston counties offering member discounts on fuel purchases for businesses and the general community.
